Version 0.2.3 Released

I’m pleased to announce that Version 0.2.3 of Report Card Writer is now available.

This is an incremental release that includes some minor updates for improved usability:

• Re-added placeholder text for the main report multiline when the program is first opened
• Added buttons on the feedback editor to allow rearranging feedback items in the feedback listbox
